Infertility - The most common problem

    Infertility is unable to conceive child near about one year even after regular unprotected coitus.
  
                           The reproductive Capacity is decrease with age specially after 35 years of age. The childbearing age is much more concern to hormonal balance, healthy ovum production, anatomical support of body for pregnancy.   

       Male infertility : 
               
         Male inability to cause pregnancy in a fertility woman. It is commonly due to deficiencies in the semen and sperm quality. 

     Causes: 
 - Gonadotropin deficiency 
 - defective spermatogenesis 
 - Erectile dysfunction 
 - use of antihypertensive & antipsycoltic drugs


  Semen analysis: 
   -  semen analysis is very important to infertility evaluation.  
  - semen sample should be collected after at least 48 to 72 hrs. abstinence 
 - Obtained either by masturbation or coitus interrupt. 

  Prevention. 

 * Avoid smoking as it damages sperm DNA 
 * Avoid heavy marijuana and alcohol use 
 * Avoid excessive heat to the testes
 * Healthy diet plan i.e., omega -3 fatty acid, antioxidant and vitamins. 


Female infertility: 

  Female is not able to get pregnant by any means. Like hormonal imbalance, anatomical reasons etc. ...
 
  Causes : 
 
- hypothalamic factor 
- tubal factor (obstruction of fallopian tube) 
- salpingitis
- Endometriosis 
- unhealthy diet & junk food 
- poor lifestyle 
- Hormonal imbalance 
- ovary dysfunction
- overage 
- stress factor
