Three Things to you do

Get enough rest: Adequate rest is important for muscle recovery and growth. Aim to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night.

Pounds added to body mass, often resulting from overeating or lack of physical activity.

Keep eating something or the other every 2 hours.
